Henry, 5 Gallon, 787 Elastomeric Fluid Applied Waterproofing Membrane is a single component, cold-applied, rubberized asphalt emulsion which cures to provide a heavy duty "seamless," rubber-like membrane for use in waterproofing or damp proofing concrete or masonry surfaces above and below grade. It is ideally suited to be used as a premium waterproofing or damp proofing coating on concrete block (CMU) foundation walls. The elastomeric membrane formed is characterized by its high solids content while retaining a relatively high degree of workability. May be applied by trowel, brush or spray. Protects against rain, air and vapor intrusion or leakage. Excellent adhesion to most construction surfaces such as: concrete, brick, stone, wood or metal. Retains flexibility in wide temperature range. Cold applied by trowel, brush, or spray; requires no special equipment such as kettles. Covers 3 gallons/square/coat.

Ground shipping can typically take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days. If your delivery time is over a holiday, please add an additional day for delivery. Hardware & Moreee reserves all rights to decide if the items can be returned. Many of our items are tailor made to the customers requirements or are special orders which are non-returnable. Hardware & Moreee strongly encourages customers to exercise extreme caution while placing an order as once the order is made and processed from our side it might not be taken back. Only the new, unused items, properly sealed in factory boxes and in sellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork (i.e. owners manual, warranty card, etc.). within 30 days of purchase will be consider for returns. Return shipping costs, coordination, and pick-up arrangements will be customers responsibility. All returned item(s) are subject to inspection. A 30% restocking fee will be charged and 70% of the item value in form of store credit will be provided when items have been received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
